good food....good conversation

Isn't it amazing how a night of deep conversation with a good friend over yummy food can make you feel refreshed. When your normal day to day gets filled with so much STUFF and thinking, hard work, and to do lists, at times you can go a bit mad when you thought you were sane. Tonight was just the trick...my remedy. Good conversation with someone who gets "life" even when the worst presents itself can really help put things back in perspective. It reafirms what your already hold to be true but can somtimes doubt because of the bullshit and craziness around you.
